Easy Arabic Language

We have serious problem in the methods of teaching Arabic language because most of curriculums begin with the difficult side in the language. In Arabic language there are many sides easier than English.
Moreover there is a group of words exists in both English and Arabic. This group of 600 words is the best way to build the Arabic vocabulary. The traditional way of building the vocabulary is not useful at all. It depends on 3000 useful words in communication. But they are useless if you want to understand the structure of Arabic word which is totally different from the English word.
My new curriculum depends on two solutions:
The first one: Begin with the easiest side of the language.
The second one: In the difficult side begin with the easiest approach.
Sometimes Arabic is easier than English!
In Arabic language there are two types of vowels:
3 Short sounding vowels
3 Long sounding vowels for beginners we write both of them but usually we write just the long ones!
In English we have 20 sounds that represent vowels!

In Arabic language we write the letter in three forms: at the beginning of the word, in the middle, at the end.
As shown in the Example, the Letter S = س
كتبت سارة في الكراس :خذ حذرك من تلك السيارة مسرعة

Do you think there is another letter appearing in three forms in this sentence?

I taught before Lebanese and Egyptian curriculums, they are different, and they use pure academic ways to teach the language. They have difference ways of transliteration for Arabic words. Also they have different pronunciation symbols.
I tried here to set up new English equivalent letters.
